Sabinsa has appointed Mohammed “Mo” Hussain as vice president of strategic affairs.

Hussain has over two decades of experience with executive positions in CPG markets. Throughout his career, he has led multimillion-dollar sales initiatives, managed global teams, and launched award-winning products in domestic and international markets.

Hussain has a strong track record in supply chain leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring future industry leaders, Sabinsa reported, and his approach focuses on building strong internal capabilities rather than relying on external solutions.

“Mo’s extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and his strategic growth mindset will be invaluable as we continue expanding Sabinsa’s global operations,” said Shaheen Majeed, global CEO and managing director. “His demonstrated expertise of driving operational excellence, improving margins, and cultivating organizational talent from within make him a valuable asset to our senior management team.”

In his new role, Hussain will focus on supporting Sabinsa’s continued growth trajectory and strengthening operational frameworks across international markets.

Outside of his career, he is committed to community service through his work with para-athletes, and serves as a guide for blind marathon runners and cyclists.

“I’m excited to join Sabinsa’s mission-driven global organization,” said Hussain. “Its commitment to scientific innovation and sustainable practices resonates with my personal values. I look forward to contributing my experience and skills to reinforce the company’s leadership and growth.”
